took a while to get those two holes enlarged to the correct size. Same deal, blocks some of the camera. Be advised, keep a watch on the top of the ladder for rust. Mine has only been on for about 4 months, already rusting at the top tube welds. -

Mud/silt in door sills - how to get out?
so a while ago went through some mud that was deeper than expected. Today I pulled my slider off to clean up, and there is mud on the backside of the bolts. Is there a way to flush out the inside of the sill to get this stuff out? I am planning on keeping this for a really long time, and don't... -

I have a set of the earlier TerraFirma AL sliders, got them used. The prior owner apparently has issues with the mounting holes lining up. I had to cut/mod the inside rail of the drivers side to get it to fit properly, since I have rear A/C. After notching them, I didn't have any problems... -

All, I have a set of the aluminum terra firma sliders, but have lost the mounting bolts to install them. Can someone tell me what type of bolt is needed (thread, size, type) to mount a set of sliders to the LR4? Thanks, James -

07' LR3 vs 10' LR4
Ditto on fhe engine, very noticable difference to me, which contributed to my purchasing the LR4 version. Interior was the differentiator for the wife, lux interior materials are very nice quality and comfortable. Added functions like BT streaming, RSE functionality, etc. were added bonus items. -

Wow, that stinks. Our is a 2015 model, but we ordered it early in the year. I thought they were keeping the inline 6 in that one for a while longer, along with the 4 bangers for some reason. Guess we just made it... Same with my 13 LR4, one of the last ones apparently... -

Volvo XC70 is def worth considering. We have one, T6 AWD, with the Polestar software. Thing is no joke if you get into the gas. It is the best long distance family cruiser we have had so far, including the LR4. Best seats ever, quiet, and smooooooth ride. add in 27-30 mph hwy, and its hard to beat.
