Another problem with my MkI Freelander (2006) relates to the new clutch, slave cylinder and dual mass flywheel that has just been fitted.
Don't feel the new set up is right. There is way too much free play in the clutch pedal (about halfway before anything happens) and changing gears a bit...
My Mk1 Freelander (2001) has just failed its MOT due to the horn not working. Apparently power going part way to the horn, the issue is in the steering column. The garage is wanting to charge me about £200 incl. VAT for a spare part and labour to fix. Any tips or advice on fixing it myself please?
