Looking at the LR4 for a family hauler
I know that there is an LR4 available with the 5.0 Supercharged engine and if I were you I'd go for that one as it gives PLENTY of power for merging and passing. Best thing to do with all Land Rovers is to get a car that is less than 3 years old so it will come with either a few years left on... -
Fog Light replacement bulb options?
Not worth it dude. They're just fog lights... I'd stick withe the Philips bulbs and safe myself a ton of headaches. -

2011 Range Rover 5.0 HSE fuel rail pressure low code
Low fuel rail pressure may mean a bad High Pressure pump. This would be beyond my expertise and I would take that to a tech but yeah.. I'm thinking Bad HP pump and/or clogged fuel filter- canrover

2011 Range Rover 5.0 HSE fuel rail pressure low code
"Fuel pressure at the rail is fine. Pump runs fine. No clogged injectors, MAFS's good." How do you know all this? Did you actually run pressure tests? what code are you getting? Give us the exact code so we can help.- canrover

Because most dealers won't do jack squat until you show them something and by the time symptoms start to come up your warranty may be up. Imagine if I HADN'T shown him the fault? Do what you want. I'm glad I got it :) -

Hey guys, For the 2010 RRS SuperCharged petrol, would anyone know why in the IIDTOOL, I have heated steering wheel (1) and heated steering wheel (2)? Both say fitted. Could this be why my heated steering wheel gets lukewarm at best? Has anyone played with this setting? Cheers and thanks.- canrover

Best place to buy IID tool
I live in Ottawa Ontario and the cheapest deal I could find was at lrparts.net . I even managed to get the sales guy to send it VIA British post to avoid any cross border fees. Had we done it through FedEx, there would have been a fee of 50 or so dollars added on on top of their shipping rate. -
heated steering wheel - is it supposed to be lukewarm?
On my 2010 RRS S/C it is lukewarm as well... With some of our winter temps dipping well below -20 degrees CELSIUS it is always nice to have a heated steering wheel that is too hot so you have the option to turn it off. With mine as others have said, it is lukewarm at best and seems to turn off...
