    Sergei, no I have never done any work on the transfer case or anything on a disco or land rover, as far as that goes. Just work here and there on my toyota. Sorry I cant help you, and your wise to take information fro a lr tech. :)

    Wow Sergei thats a great idea. I guess its cheaper to buy a practice one than to ruin yours trying for the first time or payin someone else to do it. Good luck and I'll be keeping an eye on this forum.

    whatever you do, dont buy a brush guard. You will mess more things up when you hit something if you have it on there. Too many ppl could tell you that.

    the windows where the rear doors would normally be...they are way different. they did quite a bit of modification to the windows, notice how they are different, and that little area between the front doors and the rear fender wells, there is no way a door was there before.

    Dont quote me on this but I think its on the passenger side of the vehicle somewhere near the cross member/t case?? its a little nipple surrounded by 4 other bolts I believe. Let someone else back me up on this one.
