285/60R18 Truth or Fiction?
I recently put 285/60 R18s on my LR4 with 1.5" Johnson Rod lift setup, and I would say I am not happy with the results. The width of the tire causes rubbing on the "frame horns" that is pretty pronounced. The 285 width also is a bit wide/bulgy for the overall look of the truck. Thankfully...- Ian Springsteel

285/60s on an LR4?
Hi all, I am wondering if any of you have run 285/60/R18s on an LR4? I have a 2015, and bought some ToughAnt 18" rims, and am now working on the tire selection. I plan to add a 1.5" Johnson rod lift to complete the package. I like the General Grabber A/TX tires, but they apparently do not...- Ian Springsteel

Engine troubles - 3.0L SC V6 - possible multiple-injector failure
That is terrible news for you and the LR4. Is it not covered under a power train warranty? WHen I bought mine used it came with a 100K PT warranty. I wonder if this will be an emerging issue for the V6 as more reach the 60k+ milage mark. I am at 51K now.- Ian Springsteel

Rear Locker
Thanks for the views. I think I will enjoy what I have for now and keep that in mind for down the line. I may still look for a rear locker option, but I am getting the sense it is not easy to integrate and not so many options.- Ian Springsteel
