New Brakes at 16k Miles??
07 LR3 SE, 16k miles. At a regular service, the dealer tells me my rear brakes (including rotors) are 80% worn and I should replace them. Cost is $551.75 parts/labor. Front pads/rotors are 60% worn. Is this normal wear? 80% seems very high for only 16k miles. I've searched the forums... -

Has anyone's "transmission jerk" returned?

2007 owners please speak up...
Just got a 2007 SE w/all options except NAV. For whatever reason, the residuals (4yr) on the SE are higher than the HSE. I came out of a Lexus GX470, which was a great truck and much more capable than people think, but just didn't give me the same level of excitement as driving the LR3 does... -

Good Price?
I just purchased an 07 SE Black/Tan w/all options except NAV for 41,000 in Dallas. With the end of the year coming up, they need to move any 07s they have so you should be able to get them below 43.5k. Good luck
