Yeah, there is a TSB on the '03 and '04. The recommended replacement has the longer cord that goes strait to the SLABS ECU. -

Thanks, Disco Mike steered me towards the Throttle Body Heater (between #5 and #6 )and suggested that I bypass by connecting #6 & #7. I feel much better now -
