Does anyone know if a 2003 Discovery can handle a 22" wheel, and if so, is there special work that needs to be done to the wheel wells or calibration to the RPM/MPH of the Discovery? -

i have read about changing out the starter, and resetting the fuel shut off valve and a few other things to do when the engine wont turn over. Has anyone heard of the computer/electrical of the vehicle needs to be reset by the dealership for the engine to turn over. I have a mechanic that says... -
