'99 Callaway Transmission Problem

Just the other day the transmission began to rev up when shifting into gear. It appears to do this mostly from 3rd into Drive. It does not last but a second, but I know this is not right. I intend to have a dealer scan it for any codes that should be in the system. Any knowledgeable comments on the fix are welcome. Thanks!

Have the fluid flushed, then change the filter.

that's already been done.... fluid was perfectly clean, filter was new.
