I own a 1999 Disco Series II, the rear windows have quit working. Neither the front control buttons or the rear control buttons fail to move the windows up or down.

The motors make no noise, the switches seem to work correctly.

The polarity that appears to be switching is ground because there is no 12V at the switches.

The window interlock switch in the center console fuctions properly

Any ideas to resolve this problem?

Well, I know on Series I Discos there was a common fault with a soldering connection on the window ECU. Not sure about DIIs as I don't own one, but maybe someone can confirm that this is the problem. If it is I'll post up instructions on repairing it...it's about a 20-minute job.
