Error code - "check brake pads"

Looking for some help on this error code.

I replaced the rear rotors, pads, and pad wear sensor on my '03 Range Rover.
The old sensor broke on removal and gave me the error code "Check Brake Pads". I replaced the wear sensor but am still getting the error message.

Any tips/advice? How can I reset/clear the error message?

Found the solution to this.

With all doors closed, turn the ignition key to the "on" position (position prior to starting the engine). Do NOT start the engine.
All dash warning lights will come on.
Leave the key in the ON position for 45 seconds and the condition cleared.
