hello ,i'm new here. i have a Td4 freelander from 2003.i was looking for an oil for my automatic gearbox jatco. i,m not sure to change it or not.

Welcome to the forum. The topic of the Jatco gearbox has been discussed a few times in the freelander section. I am sure that if you search you will find a lot of info to help out.

And yes change the fluid.
