Issues with Certified Land Rover Program? Help!

We bought a 2000 Disco that was a 'Certified' pre-owned Land Rover. Found out the car was previously a commercial lease vehicle and in a wreck. (paint drips and other signs pointed out by body shop and dealer. We have contacted the dealership and they don't have ANY records on the certified inspection or service that was supposed to be done prior to pick up when purchased. It has been just under two years and we are trying to sell the car due to Law School....irony. Anyways, has anyone ever had similar issues or suggestion on how to deal with the issue. No one will give us more than $9K on the Disco with all the goodies and 60K miles. Since purchase, it has been dealer serviced.

Please help.
