Just cannot troubleshoot this problem

This problem came along with my 99 4.6 HSE. Drivers side door all seems to be dead.Window,mirror,door locks not working.so far I have ruled out door outsation.
Now It seems that the personwho installed a 10k sound system in a 5k vehicle cut a few wires assuming they were sound cables.diagrams and connectors to and from BECM are getting a bit confusing.Now I Realize I am not going Into all the detail,getting a bit obsessed,need to back away.this is my first post,just want to make sure someone is out there?

we are here, but you issues if someone cut wires may be a fun one to trouble shoot. Never understood spending big money on a sound system or rims for that matter.
