leaking 87 Range Rover

Greeting, I'm new to this, I'v got two Rovers , a old '59 109 with about 600000 on it. but my problem is with my 87 Classic. It starting flooding out of the rear of the engine the other day. I bi-passed the (what I think are the heater hoses) the two hoses going to the rear on the left side. but still if I pour coolent in the raditor coolent flows out the rear. what else is back there. Gene

agree with 98grdisco.. unless it is running at the time, then it could also be a gasket (HEAD OR INSTAKE)
