Great website for showing you how to replace speakers in Discos, in fact all Rovers. My 99 DII has the Harman Kardon 11 speaker system. I needed to replace the mid-range front door speaker. Cost me $110 at the dealer, for ONE speaker! Ouch! And they wanted $100 in labor to replace it.

For $5, you buy step by step instructions on how to remove the front door panel and replace the speaker. With these instructions I did the job in just over 30 minutes and did not break any of the plastic clip.
