Unable to sell tires

What are the rules here regarding the classifieds? I have some tires to sell, but apparently I am too new to post them to the classifieds here? Thanks.

not sure what tires your selling, but don't worry. Iv been trying to sell tires for a month now, no luck...so youre not missing much. lol

they are probably going out with the garbage one of these days before winter.
