Yikes...that is an ugly sound. But 5 months at the dealer!! That’s crazy.

We don’t have these diesel variants here in the states, but maybe there are some folks on here with some other diesel knowledge that can chime in. In the meantime, you might check out this thread - about 5 posts down there is a video of an SDV6 with a similar (to my ears) sound when driving - poster said it was a problem with the exhaust crossover pipe.

Good luck with it.

I'm jealous that you have a diesel. My last two trucks have been diesels running on my own homemade fuel.

Anyway, it's kind of hard to tell, because maybe it's the quality of the recording, but it sounds like more than a whistle...almost like something is interfering/rubbing?

If I had to guess, it sounds like pressure from the turbo is being released somewhere, but I'd expect that to throw codes like crazy. You mentioned all those things being replaced...is it possible something didn't get tightened down? Like a boost hose with the clamp not on it? Or that your intercooler is split? Again, I'd expect all of these things to register as a fault, but I don't know this vehicle.

Also, it could be a turbo bearing, but if so it's really close to death and maybe taking the turbo vanes with it.

Sorry I can't be more help...just throwing out some ideas.

Thank you all for the comments and advice, the odd thing is also that no error codes are being displayed on the dash. Initially the errror i got was "performance restriction" with a red triangle and that was after i got it back from a routine service. Both your thoughts make sense, might be that something isn't propperly tightend or that there is some type of obstruction with the turbines at the right hand side turbo.

I did speak to the service agent and he said it sounded like a fault from the manifold again, they will have to have a look at it again.
