Yakima MegaWarrior with Extension roof rack

For sale is a Yakima MegaWarrior roof rack cargo basket with the 22" MegaWarrior Extension kit. The rack measures 74 x 48 x 6-1/2 inches with the extension kit (or 52 x 48 x 6.5 inches with the extension kit removed). The MegaWarrior basket retails for $369 and the extension kit for $129 from REI (totals $540 with tax) The rack is just under 2 years old and has only been used on 3 camping trips. All mounting hardware is included (which mounts to any set of roof cross bars) as well as the original instructions. Looks great on the LR3 and mounts right to the factory cross bars (or yakima or thule bars)

Question on Extension Kit

Hey perkj - I know this was sold but have a general question on the extension kit as I have the MegaWarrior w/o it. I was told by Yakima that it will not fit, but looking at your pictures they are wrong.

Did you have any issues w/ using the extension kit for the basket? Anything at all, tailgate, sunroof opening issues, load issues etc.?
