2012 US Spec 5.0 Won’t Start

I know nothing but am voting for the simplest explanation, the battery. I know OP had a battery test done and posted the receipt, and mentioned he tried jumping the truck with other vehicles. If this was me seeing those messages, I'd go get a brand new fully juiced battery and connect it in and try that.

mega fuse came in this morning and I replaced it a moment ago. Fired right up.

I had done a search online and used the parts.landroverparamus.com site to cross reference this part number LR080537, but they don't list the LR4 as a valid fitment. Thanks for confirming it worked for you!

Glad you are back up and running, but I wonder what caused it to blow. That’s a big fuse (400A).

Even though it's 400A fuse, they are a " fast blow fuse". It doesn't take much to blow them.
Jump starting the vehicle off backwards can do it too.

This is great to know, LR4 won't start with particular symptoms then look at the mega fuse which is part number LR080537 and rated at 400a, a great search that hopefully helps others who stumble on this issue (perhaps us one day!).
