How do you unmute the radio
Today I recieved the used amp fromt he salvage yard ( XQK500060 ) and my problem is resolved. Simply plugged it in and there my sound was again. Good luck anyone. I still have a perfectly fine smaller black amp XQK500050 if anyone has an issue with that one. You can contact me at...- 04hserr

I recieved the used amp from the salvage yard to day, plugged it in and everything works!! The amp with the part number XQK500060 was the problem amp in my 04 hse- 04hserr

As far I was told thorugh a parts manager at one of the local dealers everything is plug and play but I guess I will find out today when I get the new amp- 04hserr

pull the large pug on the large silver amp while the volume and radio is on. If you hear a pop most likely the amp is toast. My radio was not working so I started trying to diagnois it. How do you unmute the radio
I am having the same issue and was told by a land rover tech that about 80% of the time the amp that fails is the one mounted towards the front of the left rear quarter panel that is black (xqk50050) So I ordered the amp, installed it today and still no sound.
