    OMG OMG LR4 Engine Seized

Sorry to hear this news. Our LR4 did the same thing. Kept getting a low coolant light even after purchasing an complete cooling system from radiator, fill bottle, water pump, thermostate, crossover pipe, rubber hose etc. Our LR4 stopped in traffic and that was enough for me. The engine did not...

    Engine stall, reduced engine performance

Yes. I honestly I believe it would go longer on the highway had it had a regular coolant system. The heater manifold pipe on the back of the block began to leak at the seam. Then that small dinky curved water pump hose with the small quick release began to leak at the quick release inlet and...

    Engine stall, reduced engine performance

Ok. I mistyped. It is the "low" pressure sensor on the passenger side of the transmission. LR015356. Yet, let me say this. This is our second paid in full LR4's. I have done more work on this LR4 than any other vehicle I own. From sensors to everything coolant related (except rear hose). I have...

LR3-engine just shut down while driving

Yes, the replacement of that one sensor on the passenger side of the transmission fixed the issue we were having.

    Engine stall, reduced engine performance

Yes. It was the high pressure sensor located on the passenger side of the transmission.

On some sites it is called a low pressure sensor. I got it directly from the dealer.

True on mileage as a variable in wear factor. Yet, I have no idea how many miles.

Who Makes the OEM Brake Pads/Rotors?

I just checked our records and the last time was performed a rotor/pad job was Aug. 2017. We just replaced the pads this weekend. The rotors were good. Two years of daily driving for work, school, etc. seems fair.

Who Makes the OEM Brake Pads/Rotors?

Honestly, I just pad slapped the LR4 with front and rear pads for about $41 total. I have been down the OEM/Aftermarket route. I feel no difference in performance. I have purchased the rotors from these folks as well in the past. They are out of San Antonio.

    Bleeding cooling system

I may never dig the JB Weld out of that port. I doubt it will ever come out as the lower half of the bleeder screw never turned. The top half just broke off as I tried to unscrew it. Up in the mountain terrain type vehicle with brittle type parts.
