Front tow hook. Removing plastic cover?

Speaking of the 1/4 turn fasteners, I went to the parts counter at the dealer because one of mine snapped off when I was trying to remove the hitch cover (I assume they are the same as on the front tow hook cover).

Now, I never expect anything for free, but given the cheapness of the part and the fact it's not really a wear item I was surprised to be charged $3.35 for one!

That's not even close to what they wanted to gouge me for. I don't remember exactly how many I wanted, maybe 6 or so and the bill was going to be $50. I must have made enough noise about it because somebody ended up just giving them to me!

Expose that tow point... I even painted mine. I always had the trim off mine on the OE bumper too. I think it looks good.

Good picture and shows the radiator fins quite will. That is why I think one needs something underneath to protect the fins from small bits - the same stuff that cracks windshields etc.
