RS Sliders and noise supression?
I have just taken delivery of my Rover Specialties Rock Sliders and I 'remember' reading somewhere of comments being made about a slight increase in road noise after they are fitted due to the amplification of noise by the slider. I was then thinking would it be work putting some of the sound... -

Built in Block Heater
in this thread on disco3.co.uk it claims there is a built in block heater on the LR3 (mine is a early 2005 canadian one) that you just need to get the cable for. Has anyone ever seen this? http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic7417.html -

Engine OIl.....
What are peoples preferred engine oil brands for using in their LR3? I know its 5W-30 but who's oil do people prefer running? - Mobil 1 Truck and SUV - Castrol GTX, Syntec, Syntec Blend? - Other? Chris -

Key fob and key shank re-programming issues
I only got one key when i purchased my 2005 LR3 SE v8 second hand (the other key had been lost). So after reading a thread on here I saw that I could buy just the shank separately (this comes cut to fit your lock direct from landrover) and put it on an original FOB from i got from ebay... -

Wires behind the grill
what are these for? the bottom one looks like the connector is snapped on mine does anybody know what these are for? 2005 v8 SE if that makes any difference Chris
