O2 codes...again!!
Yes. The codes appeared after the cleaning. Also that's when she started to idle rough at the light with the air on. I'll clean the terminals and let ya know if it clears it up. 2000 disco2 key remote
I was wondering; I am missing the remotes for my 2000 Discovery2 and found a wrecked one in the salvage yard. It has two working remotes. Could I get those AND the BCU and transplant that into my Rover? Would they then work? P- Menefee1029

Running rich on passenger side
I did clean the oil and what not from the connectors. The truck has 127000 miles on it. I just checked codes: P0174, P1174, P0159, P0150 and P1415. Running rich on passenger side
Okay,I have a 2000 Disco 2 and I have replaced all four oxygen sensors, the coolant temp switch behind the alternator, new BOSCH plugs. After all this I had a p1590 code? It's still running rich although the scanner says bank 2 is lean?! Pulled the o2 on passenger side and it's black as heck...- Menefee1029

They look fine. The engine runs but has pretty bad blow by. Lots of crankcase pressure because rings/sleeves- Menefee1029

The previous owner ran it hot. He put new heads and gasket but had bad blow by. The interior was rough too. Body is straight. I got it for cheap and took some parts off that I wanted to have as backup parts.- Menefee1029

2000 Disco 2 Leaking transmission fluid after change
Thanks Mike for your help....After further inspection I found the source of my leak. The shaft to the front differential must have broken on the previous owner and that put a small dent and hairline crack on the transmission case. I had it repaired and all is well with that issue.- Menefee1029
