looking at an 04 disco, have a couple questions

1) when i went to test drive only thing wrong was it had what sounded like a very bad exhaust. just wondering if any one had any ideas or thoughts on a fix

2) also i see people say that you need to maintenance these and i was wondering what all this consisted of ....a link or answer would be greatly appreciated

Exhaust on an 04? Sounds like it may have been road hard and put up wet kind of thing...

Maintenance items are normal stuff you just have to look after it a little more than say a honda or toyota i.e. check fluid levels, change plugs and wires, kind of like a older vehicle, you just can't drive it and not at least look after it.
