'06 HSE Nav Disk Update Issue

I was installing an updated map disk (2009-2010) in my '06 HSE and got the following error message: "Cannot Loan System Software" "Disk Type Incorrect" "Please Insert Correct System Disk". I've done this in my other RR's without issues. The NAV was working perfectly prior to installing the new disk. I even tried to re-load the original disk but I get the same error message. I disconnected all of the wires from the NAV drive and let it sit for about 15 minutes thinking maybe it'd reset itself but no luck. I then disconnected the battery for about 15 minutes. Didn't work either. Anyone seen or experienced this??
