1996 Disco SD OBDII Fault Code : P0001

My 96 Disco is throwing a code that I haven't seen before.

P0001 : Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit/Open

Have any of you seen this one? Any ideas?

Check for a vacuum leak at the fuel regulator (drivers side right behind the intake)
