I have a 1998 discovery with the anti lock light on. PO had put a small piece of electrical tape over the light, I guess out of sight out of mind. I tried the blink method by jumping pin 5 and 15, and turning the key to position 2. No luck tried pulling both fuses under the hood to get the light to go out. No luck, is their a relay that I need to unplug for the blink method to work? Or if I unplug the relay will they light go out. My goal is to fix it but haven't had no way to read the codes. I tried using an autel 619 but it says there is no abs system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To actually read the ABS codes, you will need the Land Rover specific computer. If you just want the light out. Pull the 30 AMP ABS fuse under the hood then remove the offending bulb.
