2005 LR3 AC blows cold, then fan just stops

Strange problem does anyone know what is making the fan go off? I thought is might be freezing up because of low freon? Going to the desert soon and need advice quickly please.

When the fan just quits is it just the fan, or something at the controls that change.. Check your cabin air filter for water damage or dampness. Maybe the blower motor is just bad, certainly won't hurt to have the freon checked, but probably not your problem.

Also, check if the blower works on heat when it stops on cold..
