Alarm sounding off for no apparent reason 06HSE

My RR alarm has been going off almost regularly after my 30 minute commute to work. After I exit the vehicle I click the remote to enable the alarm and lock the doors. By the time I get to my room about 2 minutes later, it just begins chirping away. I park close so I can easily turn it off from the other side of the fence. I've read in the forum of a faulty hood sensor, but for the mean time, is there a way to turn off the alarm, or is that dealership duty? It has been getting really annoying, b/c it sometimes sounds off again after only a few minutes. It almost always happens at work but rarely at home?! Any ideas? Thanks!

Check and see, if I remember right, if you use a key to lock the door, instead of the remote, the doors will lock but the alarm won't turn on.
