Issues

You are asking for issues changing the wheel diameter. You must go and have computer updated with the different tire diameter. I believe I have read it it can be done.

The size will be 30.9". You'll be fine.
Def no need to update the computer, this is not a MB G-Klasse.

Good to know, so the extra tire width shouldn't be an issue in terms of turning and whatnot?

Most of the turning issues people experience are a diameter issue with the tire hitting the frame horns, not so much a width issue. I run 285 width on mine.

Awesome, Obviously not going to be doing any off roading with 275/55R19, was thinking of going with a more road friendly tire like the Pirelli Scorpion Zero or Continental $x4 Contact, feedback?

Also is it safe to run 275 width on the stock 8" wide wheel? Seems like it would because in Surfrider77's example the compomotive's he is running are also 8" wide.

Each tire has a different requirement for rim width. You should find that spec online or call a tire shop.
I think you'll be fine.

Just checked should be good, tire rack tire width 7.5-9.5 for that size, do you guys have your tires mounted at the dealer or independent? I am going to be in for service soon and figured they could mount them. Also for those who know what does the 50k service consist of?
