i am lookin at an 03 dicovery a buddy has to sell... price is good on it, just wonderin if there were any problems these were known for. everyone keeps tellin me of head problems, and parts are high, etc... any advice? please email me at [email protected], as my internet access is limited right now, but i get my email on my phone.

Never buy from a BUDDY.
How many miles and how much?
Get the vin number and call a Rover dealer service dept and see if this engine is one on their potential engine failure list due to a oil pump problem.
Then get back to us.
