Build a small semicircular bar in your garage, and use the ARB as the footrail. A couple of tall stools and some beverage inventory and you may never leave that area.

Well, worst case scenario, even if you have to spring $700 for the brackets, you're out a total of $1200, which is still a decent deal so long as the bull bar is in decent condition.

So I did go ahead and order the install kit from ARB. Looks to be very complete. It's expensive ($723) and will take forever to get here (3-4 months). I'm going to attach below the list of parts that comes in the kit just in case anyway else needs to go down this road in the future.
