Bluetooth phone tutor?

OK, so the SO wants to know what will/needs to happen when she climbs into her new 2015 LR4 in order to connect her (android) bluetooth phone.
We still have a couple months before delivery!

Seriously, is pairing initiated at the phone or by one of those steering wheel buttons or does the LR look the moment the key is present?

Are you talking about "first time" pairing or "each time" you get in the vehicle?

Subsequent, after initial pairing.
She gets in the vehicle, sits down. Then what?

It'll happen automagically (the pairing). Even the barebones BT tech in my 2011 handles that reliably. I've driven several current Jag and LR loaners recently and all of them had solid BT functionality.
