Can someone with manual help out?

Just got back from the machanic, front driveshaft ripped up the U-Joint+Yoke.

Can someone with the manual help me out? I need to find all the parts from the end of the front driveshaft (The piece on the shaft, that connects to the U-Joint) to the Yoke.

Part #'s or names would be appriciated.

Also, if you ever hear a piece of what sounds like tin rolling around from the CDL area, your linkage is loose.

Gotta replace the whole driveshaft. (Did this morning)
