Got a CD changer Pioneer AMR3053 on eBay today for my '97 Disco. I have installed and connected the existing cables under the passenger seat. Popped six CDs into the magazine, plain side facing up. With the original Land Rover radio head unit ON, and CD mode selected, the changer sounds like it is shuffling through each of the discs then, after a minute or two, an "err" message shows on the head unit. I tried removing and reinserting the connectors in the back of the changer. Verified that the CDs were correctly inserted (label facing downward) and not mis-alligned. I am still getting the "err" message. Tell me ... am I doing something wrong???
