going to freshen up the tranny - just want to make sure the drain plug is the one in the center of the bottom of the tranny (just behind the cross over for the exhust) - -
1. looks like a hex - anyone know the size (mine is full of dirt)
2. is there anything else I should consider?
3. I read in a previous post it should take about 5 quarts - is that correct? (I already over filled it and thats why I am just going to change the fluid since I will have to drain an refill to get the level correct either way) - - is there a way I can make sure I dont over fill it this time
4. I also read that between the dots on the dipstick is the equivalent of 0.25 ltrs of fluid - is that correct?
thanks
