Disco Rear Door replacement

The rear door on my 1997 Disco was deformed when I bought it. It looks like someone tried to pry it off with a crow bar at the sides and the top. Rain leaks in (temporarily fixed with caulk) and the door will not budge.

Can I replace the rear door with any door from 1994-1998?
Will a Disco II rear door fit?
Does anyone near New Orleans have an extra rear door?
