I've an Automatic Gearboxed FL Td4 year 2001. I'm going crazy with my Automatic Gearbox and none of the official mechanis in my zone had solved.
I try to explain... I change the gear (manually or automatically) and a big BOOOM blows up from the rear. It seem like a manually gearbox when you release very "hard" the clutch.
first.... BOOOM.... second.... BOOOOOOOOOOOM..........third
the changes from second to third is really really like a "rip off"
I've noticed that when it works fine, the delay of the gear change was about 1 second... the next (or the previous) gear change was very soft. Now that I have this problem, it seems that the gear is inserted immediately!!
I hope I had explain and I really hope that someone has something to advice.

I've changed the oil... Texaco Automatic Transmission fluid
I've done an electronic test with no errors..
