Front Leather Seat issue

The leather of my front driver seat is stretched or loose from the right arm of the headrest. I've noticed that for about a year now. Since my warrenty is about to expire next year, I brought it up to my service advisor. This stretch in the leather is causing a quarter size hole right by the arm of the headrest; you can see the foam underneath the leather. The great thing about it now is my service advisor has ordered me a new leather seat cover and will be sending out my seat for repair under warranty. woohoo!

Has anyone gone thru this too? Just wondering...
