Front windows still not working after new ECU. Please Help!!

Just put in a new window lift ECU and my front windows are still not working.
I can here the clicks from the relay on the board, but no movement!
My rear's work perfect! All the fuses are good!
I dont think its a motor issue, beacause they both stopped working at the same time..

Please help!!!
