Has anyone replaced the third row seat belts before? My dog ate them...really...

our darn puppy ate BOTH seat belts whilst in the back of our 2015 LR4. Wondering if this is a somewhat simple fix or if it entails a lot more work than I can do. I am fairly handy, have tons of tools and trim removal sets as well. A video would be great but I can't find a single thing on the google machine. TIA!

I looked on the youtube channel of powerfulukltd (great go-to source for Rover fixit videos) but only saw a clip of them switching out the seat belt anchors and not the actual straps (this was also on an LR3, not a 2015 LR4). One commenter asked if swapping out the belts would have been easier and the reply was that it would involve a lot of trim removal. Sorry I didn't see anything else more helpful than that.
