My lr4 currently leans on the drivers side after a few hours of being parked. once i start the lr4 it evens out. Is this a bad leak in the shock? does anyone know how to properly diagnose it? or could it be a valve some where in the line?

You probably need to look under there and listen for air leaking to find the faulty spot.

If it's a bad air spring, I'm sure the dealer has them in stock.

Or, check Arnott Industries. Most of us Audi allroad owners purchased lots of replacement air springs from them.
