I increasingly hear that some of the better tools for navigation, etc are iPad apps. (No, I didn't use the PC term "tablet" because I am only an iPad person.)

Has anyone found a particularly useful way to support or mount an iPad in their LR4 so that it can be used for navigation or off road work (or soon with the IIDTool) or for processing email while driving. Oh, wait, scratch that last one. If you see me doing that, run me off the road because I should be shot! :albertein

I'm looking to mount a tablet, but RAM doesn't offer any products for Land Rover and I'm not seeing a Joy Factory mount that looks like it would mount to the seat. Any tips on what make/model tablet mounts are available for the LR4?

I got the ram mount for mounting an ipad pro 9". I used Ram mount double suction mount to windshield, kinda blocks the hood some even as low as possible, and a cradle for the ipad and a 1,5" arm. It's super solid.
