Largest Full Size Spare Tire?

Do any of you know what the largest tire size on an 18" wheel will mount and fit under the vehicle using the stock spare winch? I know 255/60/18 fits. Wondering about something like 265 65 18, etc.

I fit a ko2 265/65/r18 under there. It had to be deflated and I had to remove the heat guard. It did not fit with the heat guard removed and the tire fully inflated.

I keep a bike pump in my rover now heh

Im running a BF KO2 265/65-18 and just fits, I found the trick to getting it to fit with the heat shield spraying a bit of silicone and using a floor jack helps it ease right in there.

Gravity is a wonderful help... or hindarence depending on what you're trying to do. Even more so with a 70 lb wheel+tire.

Just pops out, gotta fandangle with it a bit but it comes.

Even with the regular spare it would be terrible to do out in the back 40 or a logging road.

Going to do a tire swing come spring

I've never agreed with that sentiment. I've had a flat on a trail and others I've wheeled with have too. It wasn't a big deal at all to access the (stock) spare and change it.
