Lifting (for tire rotation) 2017 Range Rover Sport

Our RR Sport HSE is now six years old, so no longer want to pay the dealership for routine maintenance tasks. I took the vehicle to Costco for a routine tire rotation - they declined and said they don’t have the proper lift for this vehicle. Is this true? What type of special lift is necessary?

Nothing real special, I just normally make sure the drivers door is not closed all the way. It prevents the self leveling.
