Wow i was looking for information for soo long yesterday, i donno how you have this stuff Joey, Thanks!
Could this be done though with out raising the car or not?

I wouldn't try it without raising the Rover.... it would be almost if not impossible without at least raising the front end (please do this with floor stands or blocks, do not trust a jack to hold the vehicle in the air.
