Yes but no bolts. Removal of old grill takes two minutes as does installing the new one. Look under your hood and you'll see four snap in tabs along the top of the radiator. Look inside grill and you'll see the two snap in tabs left and right. As simple as unsnap the old and snap in the new.

Since you could (and I did) buy it brand new for $150 shipped and the black Land Rover badge for about $23.00 shipped, I think I'd be happy with $150 shipped to Ohio.
