LR4 door lock issue, can someone tell me where is the cause?

the driver side rear door lock is not working


I can use remote/central control panel to lock the door

but I can not unlock it



I CAN manually pull the lever above the door latch from inside to unlock,

BUT pulling the door latch CAN NOT automatically unlock the door


any help appreciates
